I thought I'd go for the more expensive alternative because it would be better, I was greatly mistaken. Why call it a down alternative comforter if it feels nothing remotely like a down comforter? I guess if you want this for only looks it did have a nice pattern on the material and the stitching along the outside looked nice. However for me I wanted something more light feeling and fluffier. At least it made my decision easier to go to a real down comforter.
